1. "Struggle In The Night," Airing Thursday, September 3 at 9 a.m. ET
After the body of missing young mother Lisa Fein was discovered in a shallow grave behind her own home in Galien Township, Michigan in 2000, authorities had to pull apart the complicated relationships of her past and present in order to identify a motive and track down her killer.
They got their first lead when Fein's son recalled waking up the night before his mother vanished to the sound of her screaming. When he looked in her room, he saw a man with a black snowmobile helmet wrestling with his mother. Who was the mysterious intruder, and was he the one behind Fein's murder?
2. "Deep In The Cornfields," Airing Thursday, September 3 at 12 p.m. ET
When 20-year-old Sierah Joughin vanished from Metamora, Ohio while biking home from her boyfriend's house, federal agents descended on the small town in search of the young college student. Not far from where Joughin was last seen, investigators found her purple bicycle several rows into a cornfield, and they also noted that there were signs of struggle.
Days after her disappearance, authorities began to circle in on a suspect, and a search of a nearby residence resulted in a tragic discovery.
3. "Desperate Search," Airing Thursday, September 3 at 2 p.m. ET
The Southern California community of San Diego was gripped by fear when two teenagers vanished without a trace exactly a year apart. The first victim, 14-year-old Amber Dubois, disappeared in February 2009 while walking to school, and 17-year-old Chelsea King went missing during a jog in February 2010.
Residents began to worry that their local park had become a predator's hunting ground, and investigators raced to stop a vicious assailant before it was too late.
4. "Blood Brothers," Airing Monday, September 7 at 10 a.m. ET
A deadly mystery with deep-running roots snaked its way through the small town of Opelika, Alabama in 2004, shattering a young family and baffling the community. Investigators had to unlock long-held Southern secrets to solve the murder of Alkenyatta “Al” Wilson, a mobile home salesman whose body was found hidden at the bottom of a well behind an old farm house.
While the case went unsolved for nearly two years, a tip from a local woman changed everything.
5. "Garden Of Evil," Airing Monday, September 7 at 1 p.m. ET
The serenity of Salem, Oregon was shattered when a beautiful local garden turned into a dark abyss with the discovery of Anne Louise Gray's body.
As investigators dug into the single mother's past, they zeroed in on Robert Paul Langley, a man who was spotted selling off Gray's belongings at her apartment four days after she vanished in 1987. Could Langley have had something to do with her disappearance, and what grisly details was he hiding?
6. "Fatal Secrets," Airing Monday, September 7 at 6 p.m. ET
In January of 1995, 19-year-old Erica Miller vanished from York, Pennsylvania. Her family and investigators worked tirelessly to locate the missing teenager, and two moths later, a young couple made a stunning discovery in their backyard — the remains of a young woman.
The body was gagged and nude, and authorities discovered a shotgun shell casing and two shotgun shell waddings at the gravesite. As investigators entered a dark world of buried secrets, they came across a strange twist that led them to the truth.
