Police Release Arrest Footage of Man Who Allegedly Attacked Former Neighbor

Lufkin Police released bodycam footage showing a brief foot chase of a man accused of sexual assault and kidnapping. Zataymon Timon Skinner, 30, is now facing charges related to the accusations that he kidnapped a woman who was once his neighbor.
