Haley Cox Killed While Filming Video, Man Arrested

Jordan Jaime Silver, 20, has since been charged with second-degree murder with a firearm and attempted first-degree premeditated murder in connection with the death of Haley Portner Cox, 23, who was fatally shot while filming a rap video.
