Bert von Herrmann, the former Horry County First Assistant Solicitor, opens up about the case of Wanda Haithcock, who was convicted in the fatal shooting of her ex-boyfriend, Kenneth Wayne Coates. Coates was found deceased by a local artist in an abandoned home in Conway, South Carolina on Jan. 24, 2001.
