Dawn Wagner Found Deceased

At 4:45 p.m. on Jan. 9, 2014 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, state police investigators receive a call about a body being found in a trailer residence. Former investigator Owen Leonard said he went straight from the station to the crime scene. The victim was 51-year-old Dawn Wagner, and she was found by her husband.
