Virginia Woman Radios For Help After Husband Is Shot In The Head

On April 21, 1988, a resident from Roanoke, Virginia, is driving down a secluded stretch of interstate. He hears a frantic call on his CB radio from a woman who says that her husband has been shot. She says she isn't familiar with CB radios and asks someone to call the police.
