Snapped: Kelly Harrod Reports Her Husband Missing (Season 25, Episode 15)

On July 28, 1997, in Rose Hill, Kansas, Frank Harrod calls his son, 24-year-old Franklin Harrod, Jr., also known as “Punkie,” who seems "off." Two days later, Punkie misses his first day at a new job for Cessna Aircraft, where his father and mother, Blanca Harrod, were both employed. The family grows concerned, and his 21-year-old pregnant wife, Kelly Harrod, calls the Butler County Sheriff's Department to report him missing.
