Kemia Called 911 When Tyrone Hassel Was Shot On New Year's Eve

Just before midnight on New Year's Eve, 2018, Kemia Hassel called 911, frantic. Her husband, Tyrone, had just been shot in the driveway. Paramedics struggled to stabilize him after he sustained at least one gunshot to the head and the neck.
