Lindsay's Murder Was A 'Wake-Up Call' For Police In New Orleans

Investigative reporter Katie Moore says that studying the 911 call Lindsay Nichols made before her murder laid bare failures of the system. In the aftermath, the police department shortened its response times and hired more officers, so in a sense, Lindsay's death did result in some good.
