Woman's Body Found Dumped In Tampa Field

On May 13, 1984, the body of 19-year-old Ngeun Thi "Peggy" Long was discovered in Tampa, Florida by two boys playing in a field. She was nude and had been strangled with a rope around her neck. Her body was lying face-down in the dirt and had been posed by the killer.
