In the aftershow for "License to Kill" season two, episode three, host Terry Dubrow discusses propofol and how it affects the human body. In the case of Florida nurse Oliver O'Quinn, he injected his crush, 24-year-old college student Michelle Herndon, with a fatal dose of the drug. While propofol is very safe used under the supervision of a board-certified anesthesiologist, it can be used inappropriately, such as in the case of Michael Jackson.
