Bea Yorker, professor of nursing and criminal justice at California State University, Los Angeles, discusses the infamous case of killer nurse Bobbie Sue Dudley. Yorker relays that Dudley was diagnosed with both Munchausen syndrome, in which a person makes themself ill for the purpose of getting medical attention, and Munchausen syndrome by proxy.
