Those involved in the investigation of Kimberly Clark Saenz remember the former nurse's misteps before she was charged with multiple murders. According to Lufkin, Texas District Attorney Clyde Herrington, Saenz had previously been employed at Woodland Heights Hospital and was fired becase of being a suspect in the theft of Demerol. In 2012, Saenz was found guilty of the 2008 murders of five dialysis patients and injuring five other patients.
