Woman Allegedly Uses Machete To Force Ex-Boyfriend To Have Sex With Her
Samantha Mears also allegedly urinated on the man's bed.
A Montana woman allegedly broke into her ex-boyfriend’s home armed with a machete and forced him to have sex with her.
Samantha Mears, 19, allegedly broke into her ex’s Great Falls home on Friday when he wasn’t home, The Associated Press reported. She waited for the man, who was not identified, to return, and when he did Mears confronted him from behind while she held the machete.
Mears ordered her ex "to get on the bed and remove his clothes," a court affidavit states. The man told investigators that he complied out of fear and that he didn’t think he could leave the room without being hurt.
Mears then crawled on top of the victim and allegedly sexually assaulted him. The victim said Mears was wielding the machete the whole time. When he tried to end the sexual assault, she allegedly bit him on the arm. The affidavit noted that he had a bite mark.
After the attack, Mears sat naked on the bed with the machete in hand. The victim was even allegedly able to snap photos of her doing so. According to the affidavit, Mears allegedly tore a piece of trim from the wall and urinated on that and on the bed.
At some point, the victim pretended to call an acquaintance, but he in fact called 911. He told investigators he slowly backed out of the room to escape.
Mears was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and assault with a weapon, both felony charges. She’s also been charged with unlawful restraint, partner/family member assault, and two counts of criminal mischief.
She has been jailed on $50,000 bond.
