The victim said that Jean Pierre Larue stole her happiness and trust of others.

“I’m not going to lie, I was there to have sex with the 13-year-old boy,” Charles Bull allegedly confessed after his arrest.

"Brittany is not a predator and this was not between a young child and Brittany. This was a teenager,” attorney Belen Olmedo Guerra said following her client's sentencing. 

A lawyer who represents the sixth grader's family said they are humiliated and are worried about how the abuse will impact him.

"You deserve to leave prison when you're too old to bear children,” the victim's mother told Zamora in an emotional statement.

The $2.5 million civil lawsuit, filed by the boy's parents, says "he no longer looks at any female including his mother the same."  

Brittany Zamora pleaded guilty last month to repeated sexual misconduct with a student. A newly revealed police report alleges she promised to send another student nudes and asked for details about his genitalia. 

The unidentified teacher, who has been fired, allegedly made solo films, but since no one else was around, her conduct wasn't criminal, according to authorities.

Nicodemo Baggetta and Ruth Baggetta were convicted of carrying on a years-long relationship with a girl in Scranton, Pennsylvania starting when she was just 16.

The male student rejected Delena Clever's advances, "otherwise she would find herself in a prison cell instead," said prosecutor David P. Fornshell.
