Adam Cox says the disturbing accusations against his sister, Lori Vallow, have created a deep divide among his family, and claims Vallow is "just the same as she's always been" while behind bars.
Attorney Mark Means was disqualified from the case in large part because his representation of Vallow and husband Chad Daybell created a conflict to which his clients could not simply agree.
Charles Vallow had also been planning to hold an intervention for his wife Lori Vallow about her "radical beliefs," but she allegedly found out his plans just two days before his death, according to newly released police records.
Chad Daybell's lawyer says Fremont County is a "rural community that has made up their mind," but the judge in the case has asked to see evidence of prejudice.
“I just don’t have any empathy for Lori or anyone that thinks that, you know, she’s brainwashed or she’s not at fault,” Zac Cox said in the UCP Audio podcast “The Followers: Madness of Two.”
“To me, there is no justice, no matter what happens. There is no justice for them," Adam Cox said of Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow in the new UCP Audio podcast, "The Followers: Madness of Two."
"The Followers: Madness Of Two," hosted by Sarah Treleaven, aims to peel back the layers on Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell's lives and explore how they came to be accused of murdering several family members.
