Florida Woman Admits To Having Sex Outside Hospital, Exposing Public To 'Sexual Organs'
Ann Marie Tucker, the woman charged in the alleged tryst, has pleaded guilty to two charges.
A Florida woman and man allegedly got caught with their pants down –– quite literally –– outside of a St. Petersburg hospital and are now facing charges of exposure of sexual organs.
Ann Marie Tucker, 45, and Albert Singletary, 37, were arrested earlier this month and charged with misdemeanors of trespassing and exposure of sexual organs, according to The New York Post. Both were arrested on March 2, according to an affidavit obtained by Oxygen.com.
"The arrested was located on the property, in close proximity to a no trespassing sign and upon being located, was found to be exposing sexual organs in plain view of the public while participating in sexual intercourse with the co-defendant," an arrest affidavit obtained by Oxygen.com stated.
Tucker's vagina and Singletary's "penis, testicles and buttocks" were in full view to members of a public on a nearby street, the affidavit alleged. Investigators believed Singletary was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident while it was not known if Tucker was under the influence, the affidavit stated.
Tucker pleaded guilty to both counts and was sentenced to time served, according to online jail records. Singletary is being held in lieu of $300 bond and is currently awaiting a hearing, according to records.
Tucker has a number of misdemeanor and felony convictions — including for cocaine possession and prostitution, according to Pinellas County court records reviewed by Oxygen.com.
