Ellen Spurlock calls the disappearance of her 22-year-old daughter Savannah Spurlock a "nightmare," nearly a month after she mysteriously vanished after leaving a Lexington bar with three men.
Savannah Spurlock, 22, was seen on surveillance footage leaving a bar in Lexington, Kentucky with two men. Police reportedly searched the home of one of their parents.
One of the men seen leaving with the 22-year-old later told police she had gone to one of their homes that night but later left on foot, her family said.
