Savannah Spurlock, 22, was seen on surveillance footage leaving a bar in Lexington, Kentucky with two men. Police reportedly searched the home of one of their parents.
Richmond Police exercised a search warrant Tuesday at the home of one of two men last seen with a missing 22-year-old Kentucky mother.
Savannah Spurlock, a mother of four including six-week old twins, vanished Jan. 4 after going out to a local Lexington bar. Surveillance footage showed her leaving the bar around 2:30 a.m. with two men.
Both men have been questioned by police and on Tuesday they searched a home in Garrard County, reportedly belonging to the parents of one of the men seen with Spurlock that night, according to WDRB.
A third man was also questioned, but all three men were released, according to the Lexington Herald Leader.
Investigators didn’t disclose what they were searching for Tuesday, but did seize a vehicle from the property.
Spurlock’s mother, Ellen Spurlock told WKYT she was aware of the search but didn’t know of any further details.
“They are not able to share with me details because it is so active, and I understand that,” she said. “I know they are working very, very hard.”
Each day that passes without her missing daughter is “harder and harder” she told the station.
Ellen Spurlock has pleaded with anyone who has any information about her daughter’s case to contact authorities.
“Please come forward and share this. Please. I’m begging you,” she said. “We miss Savannah. She lived with me. I see reminders of her every day in this house. I can’t even explain the nightmare this is for us.”
She described her daughter to the Lexington Herald Leader as kind, responsible and outgoing.
“It’s not like Savannah to disappear like this,” she said.
Spurlock is described by police as having shoulder length brown/blonde hair, with brown eyes and multiple tattoos. One tattoo on her left shoulder reads “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me” and the second on her back says “I’m her daughter.”
She was wearing a black sleeveless top and a maroon skirt with heels the night she disappeared.
