This means Chris Watts won't be able to profit if he decides to write a book about killing his family: pregnant wife Shanann and daughters Bella and Celeste.

Chris Watts killed his family inside the Colorado home, valued at nearly half a million dollars, with his bare hands back in August.

“The hallmark is that they don’t feel remorse or empathy,” former FBI profiler Candice DeLong said of the Colorado father who killed his whole family.

A Colorado Bureu of Investigation agent noted after a phone call with Nichol Kessinger that a negative media depiction was "her greatest fear." 

Kodi Roberts told investigators that Watts “seemed like something may have been bothering him" at work, unaware that he'd just murdered his family. 

Newly released text messages, between convicted killer Chris Watts and Cassandra Rosenberg, a friend of his wife, Shanann, detail their heated exchange in the wake of his family's disappearance.

The messages deal with Shanann Watts' in-law-induced anxieties and prenatal depression, and provide another snapshot of her and Chris Watts' troubles.

Frank and Sandra Rzucek originally thought their daughter's husband was a gift from God, but now say "he must have snapped."
