Family Opens Up About Tera Chavez's Death

Barbara Delgado, the aunt of Tera Chavez, opens up about the death of her niece. She said she heard the news on Oct. 21, 2007 and believed that something was "not right." Delgado believed there was no way that Chavez, a young mother, could have died by suicide.
