The Vashti Seacat Investigation

Kansas Bureau of Investigation Senior Special Agent David Falletti discusses the murder of Vashti Seacat, who was killed by her husband, former Sedgwick County sheriff’s deputy Brett Seacat. To cover up the slaying, Brett set fire to their home with Vashti inside, and she was found "very burned" lying on her left side.
