What Happened To Bob McClancy?

The death of 56-year-old veteran Bob McClancy appeared to be a suicide, the result of an apparent drug overdose. Nevertheless, McClancy's friend, fellow veteran Charles Kaczmarczyk, was brought in for questioning, and he made an alarming disclosure.
