Rob Kardashian Denies Assaulting Blac Chyna
He says it never happened.
Rob Kardashian has fired back against claims made about him in Blac Chyna's lawsuit.
In her suit filed late last year, Chyna claimed that her ex physically abused her, during one incident knocking her to the ground and later terrorizing her with a flurry of texts threatening to kill himself.
"I was terrified and my legs were hurt. I was sore and had a hard time walking for days," read Chyna's recollection of the incident.
Rob says that it never happened though, People reports. According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the Kardashian son "generally and specifically denies each of the allegations."
"[Chyna] did not suffer any injury or harm as a result of any conduct by [Kardashian]," reads Rob's response.
Chyna's ex also responded to her defamation claims, possibly referring to the iPhone cord attempted strangulation incident by stating that any "damages resulting from any injuries or harm [Chyna] claims to have suffered must also be offset against the damages [Kardashian] suffered as a result of [Chyna's] wrongful acts." The docs also state that, in regards to any comments Rob made about Chyna, he "believed them to be true at the time they were made" and "they were expressions of opinion."
Rob is requesting that the judge dismiss the case, while Chyna's lawyer Lisa Bloom said in a statement to People this week, "We are confident that we will prevail on this motion and at trial."
