The show — from 44 Blue Productions and airing on Oxygen, the home of high quality, true crime programming — digs deep into the crimes that robbed the vibrant city and surrounding area of some of its most cherished citizens, and features those with direct connections to the cases.
Victims’ loved ones, case investigators, witnesses and detectives give firsthand accounts of the lives and movements of the deceased and the intensity of the efforts to bring their killers to justice.
When does The Real Murders of Atlanta Season 3 premiere?
The docuseries returns to Oxygen on Saturday, August 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, following the third season premiere of Killer Relationship with Faith Jenkins.
Each episode of the new season will explore cases that have shaken the Atlanta community, and involve local celebrities, suburban residents and heartbroken families.
The second season of The Real Murders of Atlanta reached new milestones across cable and streaming, with 9.5 million total viewers across platforms, up 8% from Season 1. On Peacock, Season 2 grew by 13% in its First-35 Day account reach compared to the first season.

Saturday, August 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT — “Death Outside the Ring”
When world champion boxer Vernon Forrest is gunned down in cold blood, all hands are on deck to bring justice for the fallen Atlanta icon. Atlanta Police Department detectives must figure out if this shooting was random or a result of the victim’s celebrity status.
Saturday, August 24 at 9 p.m. ET/PT — “Death in Powder Springs”
After a 23-year-old suburban Atlanta mother is shot and left for dead in front of her infant daughter, investigators unravel a complicated scheme involving someone close to the victim, shocking the Powder Springs community.
Saturday, August 31 at 9 p.m. ET/PT — “Voice from the Grave”
A retired Delta employee is found stabbed dozens of times in her picturesque suburban home, stunning the Atlanta area. As detectives search for clues, they discover a note the victim left just before she died that leads them to her killer.
Saturday, September 7 at 9 p.m. ET/PT — “A Mother Murdered”
