Four People Accused Of Killing $1,000 Worth Of Walmart Fish By Putting Bleach In Fish Tanks
Police are looking to the public for help identifying the culprits who were caught on Walmart's security cameras.
One thousand dollars worth of fish died inside a Bryan, Texas Walmart on December 11 and now local police believe that four customers are responsible who were caught on tape.
Police have not identified or located the four suspects, who they are accusing of criminal mischief, according to an NBC affiliate. They are now turning to the public for help by releasing surveillance video of the suspects.
Authorities believe that the group of four poured a bottle of bleach into at least one fish tank while recording it all on their cell phones, ABC30 reports.
Surveillance footage shows the group, looking overall pretty happy and even laughing as they enter and exit the Walmart.
“Jeez, is that their idea of a good time or do they just enjoy torture?” one commenter wrote on Facebook after an animal rights page reposted the story.

A few years ago in Florida, a woman received a felony charge of animal cruelty and criminal mischief after she allegedly poured bleach into her boyfriend’s fish tank, killing his goldfish.
