Former 'Teen Mom' Farrah Abraham Will Face Charges After Altercation With Security Guard
The former reality star and adult film actress is accused of hitting a Beverly Hills hotel security guard in the face.
Farrah Abraham's physical altercation with a Beverly Hills hotel security guard last month has led to two misdemeanor charges by the Los Angeles district attorney's office.
The district attorney's office announced Monday it had charged Abraham, 27, with misdemeanor battery and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer, according to the Associated Press.
The charges stem from a June 13 incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Abrahams, who rose to fame on MTV's '16 & Pregnant' and 'Teen Mom' series, is accused of striking a male security guard in the face and grabbing his ear when he attempted to intervene in a verbal altercation between Abraham and some hotel guests, Fox News reported.
The case is scheduled for arraignment on August 13.
Abraham's publicist could not be reached for comment about the latest developments, according to the AP.
Shortly after her arrest in June, a video of her arrest was posted by TMZ.com. In it, Abraham, who has also starred in adult entertainment films, can be seen swearing at police before breaking down in tears.
