Florida Couple Have Sex In Back Of Cop Car After Riding Bicycles Around Town Drunk, Authorities Say
Aaron Thomas and Megan Mondanaro were apparently turned on by their arrest for DUI in Fernandina Beach, according to an deputy's report.
A Florida couple allegedly had sex in the back of a cop car after they were arrested on suspicion of riding their bicycles while intoxicated.
Aaron Thomas, 31, and Megan Mondanaro, 35, were stopped by a Nassau County Sheriff’s deputy on Friday night in Fernandina Beach after they were allegedly spotted riding bikes in the dark with no lights, an arrest report obtained by Oxygen.com states.
The pair were almost struck by a car, the deputy noted in his report.
After stopping the cyclists, the deputy "detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from both of them. I also observed Megan to have blood shot watery eyes and slurred speech.”
Both were arrested on suspicion of DUI and placed in the back of the deputy's car.
It didn’t take long before the two allegedly got it on.
"While I was outside of my patrol vehicle, Megan and Aaron took their clothes off and started to have sex,” the arrest report states. “When I opened up the door to stop them, Aaron was naked and Megan had her pants down.”
Mondanaro's bra was halfway off and the deputy noted that her breasts and groin area were completely exposed.
The deputy removed Thomas from the vehicle and said he “took off running.”
Mondanaro was moved to another vehicle and in the process of that transfer she "became violent and started kicking" another deputy. She was put on the ground to "prevent her from hurting anyone."
Injuries are visible on her mugshot and the arrest report states that she got medical treatment and was cleared.
Both were booked on multiple charges, including DUI and exposing sex organs. Thomas faces additional charges of resisting arrest, attempted escape and a threat against a public official.
Mondanaro’s bond was set at $12,508. Thomas is being held without bail.
Both Thomas and Mondanaro have a criminal records.
Thomas was recently convicted for assaulting a law enforcement officer while his lover recently served 60 days for a parole violation stemming from a prior conviction, the Miami Herald reports.
It’s not clear if either have lawyers who can speak on their behalf.
