Brian Earl Johnston stands accused in Australia of pouring gasoline on his estranged wife, Kelly Winkenson, and setting her on fire in front of her three kids.

Lori Vallow's attorney, Mark Means, has filed a request to move the trial outside of Fremont County — where both children's bodies were discovered in June of 2020 — because he said it would be impossible to find a "fair and impartial jury" in the community.

Natasha Barlow's body was discovered by deputies after her sister asked them to do a welfare check. Her 2-year-old son was nowhere to be found. 

Investigators said that Lori Vallow's brother Alex Cox took 43 minutes to call 911 after killing Charles Vallow in 2019 and that Lori took off after the shooting to go to Burger King and Walgreens, according to recently released court documents.

Jack Callahan, 19, told police he was “baptizing” his father because he saw a “demon” in his eyes. 

Aaron Bayne Wright is accused of breaking into Andrea Wright’s home, cutting her electricity, then shooting her four times while their four children were asleep inside the house, according to authorities.

Jepsy Kallungi was first reported missing by her family on April 4, 2019 and her husband, Dane Kallungi, has been charged in her murder.

Prosecutors allege that Lori Vallow “agreed” with her brother Alex Cox that “at least one of them” would kill Charles Vallow before he was found shot to death in Lori’s home on July 11, 2019.

Family has said they hope that the arrest of Carl Wiggins will help them find Kiara Higgins, who was last seen at their home on June 9. 

Hilario Hernandez pleaded guilty to the shooting death of his wife Belinda Hernandez and has been sentenced to 40 years in prison.
