Fotis Dulos has been declared dead days after an apparent suicide attempt by carbon monoxide poisoning.

Fotis Dulos is accused of murdering his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos. The Connecticut mom's body has yet to be found after she vanished in May 2019.

Fotis Dulos' attorney said he'd been taken to the hospital "with a pulse" after reports circulated that he'd tried to take his own life.

Fotis Dulos removed items from a makeshift memorial created for Jennifer Dulos at the edge of his property. The judge in the case warned Dulos that this was his second strike and could have his bail doubled to $12M with another infraction.

A state judge unsealed hundreds of pages of search warrants Wednesday, in which a nanny claims Fotis Dulos chased his now-missing wife, Jennifer Dulos, around the house and told her she "belongs in an asylum."

Fotis Dulos will remain on house arrest in his mansion while he awaits trial for the murder of his wife, who vanished back in May.

Jennifer Dulos went missing in May after dropping her kids off.
