The former socialite linked to Jeffrey Epstein told the court she didn't need to take the stand because the case against her had not been proven.

Annie Farmer testified that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell forced themselves on her at Epstein's New Mexico ranch in 1996.

But Maxwell's defense attorney accused prosecutors of trying to unfairly depict Epstein’s home as a “domicile of debauchery.”

Defense attorney Laura Menninger aggressively attempted to discredit ​"Jane," a woman who says she was sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein beginning at age 14.

The first of four alleged victims testified against the British socialite on Tuesday.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys gave opening statements and one witness was called after juror issues caused delays.
