Prosecutors will seek death for former cop Joseph DeAngelo, who is allegedly responsible for a string of murders and rapes in California during the 1970s and '80s.

Since his arrest in April, Joseph DeAngelo has been linked to numerous murders, but Donna Jo Richmond's isn't one he's responsible for.
