A leaked arrest report reveals that investigators think that Letecia Stauch killed her stepson Gannon before allegedly making up that a rapist kidnapped him.

Al Stauch, through a statement posted by Restoration Church in Colorado Springs, said he probably won't be speaking publicly again until the end of the case.

Gannon Stauch was last seen alive at his home in Colorado back in late January. His stepmother has been charged in connection with his death.

The lead prosecutor in the case made it clear he has no intention to strike a plea deal with Letecia Stauch.

Albert Stauch reportedly filed for divorce from Letecia Stauch the same day that his wife arrived back in Colorado to face murder charges in the death of his son Gannon.

Letecia Stauch was being extradited to Colorado to face charges in her stepson's murder when she reportedly assaulted one of the officials transporting her.

“Today I got the worst news and the best news,” Landen Hiott said of her son, Gannon. “Obviously, we know what the worst news is. The best news is justice will be served."

As officials announced they believe Letecia Stauch killed her stepson Gannon Stauch, his biological parents, Landen Hiott and Albert Stauch, cried.
