The lawyer representing Brian Laundrie's parents called a civil lawsuit filed by Gabby Petito's parents "baseless and frivolous" and demanded that the courts dismiss the case with prejudice.
Gabby Petito's parents are seeking at least $30,000 in damages from Christopher and Roberta Laundrie for what they describe as "extreme and outrageous conduct."
