Charles Manson probably would not have seemed like an intimidating man at first glance.

The FBI profilers will be back, talking to Ed Kemper and Charles Manson while trying to solve the Atlanta Child Murders.

A few of these serial killers even used badges to lure victims into cars, in an attempt to make them feel like they safe were the good guys.

"I came from my mother, and in a rage, I went right back in," said Kemper.

"I was getting less detectable," serial killer Ed Kemper said.

But Harold Cartwright said he "never felt unsafe" in Kemper's presence.

 Dubbed “friendly” and “cooperative” by law enforcement, Kemper divulged every detail of his crimes to law enforcement.

Some traits are common to many serial killers. They also show up in texting. For example, using all caps shows anger - like Jack The Ripper. Ignoring someone? You lack empathy. You might as well be the Boston Strangler.
