'Making Millions' Reality Star Bill Hutchinson Is Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teen Girl
The 17-year-old girl, who had been living with reality star Bill Hutchinson, told police that she woke up on the couch to find the 63-year-old sexually assaulting her.
"Marrying Millions" star William "Bill" Hutchinson—who gained fame chronicling his romance on the reality show with a woman 40 years his junior—has been accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl who had been living in his home.
Hutchinson, 63, is now facing one charge of sexual assault after the teen girl reported the alleged incidents to the Highland Park Police, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Oxygen.com.
The 17-year-old, who Oxygen.com has opted not to identify, reportedly moved in with Hutchinson and his family in March after her parents moved to Fort Worth, Texas.
The teen wanted to stay in the Highland Park area to finish her junior year of high school and be with her friends and Hutchinson reportedly opened up his home her, according to the affidavit.
She later alleged to police that Hutchinson provided her and other teens staying in the home alcohol and marijuana on “multiple occasions.”
During her stay in the home, the teenager told police that Hutchinson “touched her inappropriately,” including touching her breasts and giving her massages.
On one occasion, she said that she had fallen asleep on a couch and woke up to find Hutchinson digitally penetrating her “without her consent,” according to the court documents.
She told police she was “frozen with fear” and didn’t know how to react.
The 17-year-old reported the alleged sexual abuse to police in early June.
As part of their investigation, police said they spoke with another minor living in house who reported “similar behavior by William Hutchinson” while they were at his Laguna Beach, California home.
Hutchinson, a prominent commercial real estate developer, denied the allegations against him in a statement to The Dallas Morning News.
“Anyone who knows me in this city knows that I am not capable of assault, sexual or otherwise,” he said. “Hopefully all of my colleagues and friends will give me the benefit of the doubt until I prove my innocence in court.”
Hutchinson also denied providing the minors with drugs or alcohol.
He was arrested Tuesday and was later released after posting $30,000 in bond, the newspaper reports.
Hutchinson has been featured in both seasons of the Lifetime reality show “Marrying Millions,” People reports.
The show focuses on relationships where one partner is extremely wealthy while the other comes from the other end of the income spectrum.
Cameras captured the romance between Hutchinson and his 23-year-old fiancée Brianna Ramirez, who have been together for more than three years.
The relationship began after Hutchinson met Ramirez while she was working as a hostess at a local Tex-Mex restaurant.
