Julia Tomlin was arrested on suspicion of felony child neglect days before police confirmed that the remains found inside a NASA steam plant's trash incinerator belonged to her missing child, Noah.
Dr. Walter Ray Wolfe has had his medical license temporarily suspended by the Mississippi State Board, which considers him "an immediate danger to the public.”
"A precious newborn was literally thrown in the garbage by her own mother," said District Attorney Patrick Wilson, describing Natalie Annell Weaver's actions.

Authorities say that after Kelly May Algar and her companion ended up in the hospital, she told hospital workers she had to leave the medical facility to go home and check on her child, leading deputies to discover the toddler completely alone.
