Marylue Wigglesworth has said she fatally shot husband David Wigglesworth in self-defense during a violent altercation, but prosecutors have cast doubt on her version of events.
“I stabbed her in the face so hard the knife got stuck,” Dustin Neal allegedly told a witness in regards to the 2017 slayings of 25 year-old Noele Trice and 29-year-old Bryan Lash.
Jose Guerrero vanished under suspicious circumstances from Woodbridge, Virginia on Dec. 21. His abandoned car, reportedly with blood in the backseat, was found less than two miles from his home.
“This is not a case solved with DNA,” Lancaster County District Attorney Heather Adams said of the arrest of Jere Bagenstose, whose wife has never been found.
Aaron Dean, a former Fort Worth police officer, had been convicted last week of manslaughter in the on-duty shooting of Atatiana Jefferson in her home in 2019.
“He loved the place. He loved the people,” Quan Hoang, the uncle of missing Texas A&M student Tanner Hoang, said of the 22-year-old’s love for the school.
Ismael Patricio Aguirre is charged with rape, kidnapping, aggravated assault, battery and false imprisonment in the case of a woman held for four months. She faked a pregnancy to escape.
