A Florida resident reported seeing a person who resembled Brian Laundrie on a trail camera in Baker, Florida, but a search of the area and its surroundings hasn't yielded anything, authorities say.
“We still do not have the words that seem appropriate to truly express how grateful we are and how uplifting this support has been during this challenging time,” family friend Gary Rider stated following the discovery of Gabby Petito's remains.
“Why do you have to be so mean?” the witness reportedly heard Gabby Petito ask Brian Laundrie after she had fought her way back inside the couple's van during an argument in Moab, Utah, on Aug. 12.
As the FBI announced that an autopsy has revealed that Gabby Petito was murdered, officials made it clear they are looking for her boyfriend, Brian Laundrie, and anyone who came in contact with them at Grand Teton National Park.
During an altercation in Utah, a park ranger and police officer cautioned Gabby Petito that she should reconsider her relationship with Brian Laundrie.
Gabby Petito's mother received a message from her daughter's phone on Aug. 27, before investigators said the phone had been shut off, asking about her grandfather. However, the message used his first name "Stan," something her mother believed Petito would never do.
