Toronto Police say 61-year-old Joseph George Sutherland murdered Susan Tice, 45, and Erin Gilmour, 22, in their homes in separate attacks four months apart.
The probable cause document states that an unspent .40 caliber round found near the bodies of teenage friends Abigail Williams and Liberty German matched a firearm found at suspect Richard M. Allen's residence.
