 Former officer Garrett Rolfe had already been fired for his role in the fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks.

An arrest warrant reportedly has been issued for 36-year-old Akhenaton Jones in Dominique Rem’mie Fells' brutal stabbing death.

Suspect Aaron Glee Jr.'s mother said he confessed in a jailhouse phone call to killing 19-year-old Oluwatoyin Salau and 75-year-old Victoria Sims – in separate incidents – after becoming enraged about things they allegedly said. 

Oluwatoyin Salau, 19, was found dead along with Victoria Sims, 75, who she'd befriended at a Black Lives Matter demonstration.

Juneteenth, a combination of "June" and "19th," marks the day in 1865 that African-Americans enslaved in Texas, the most remote Confederate state, learned they were free.

Attorney L. Chris Stewart said a stray bullet fired by an Atlanta officer struck a nearby car with children inside that could have resulted in "another loss of life" had it been just a few feet higher.

Atlanta officers Garrett Rolfe and Devin Brosnan were more concerned with “covering their tracks than providing aid” to Rayshard Brooks as he lay dying in a Wendy's parking lot, attorney L. Chris Stewart said.

“I am taking a hard look at the meaning behind white privilege and am committed to growing from this experience,” Lisa Alexander wrote in a statement after calling the police on homeowner James Juanillo.

"The next months cannot look like the last three," Beyoncé wrote demanding action for Breonna Taylor.

Malcolm Harsch was found dead in Victorville on May 31. Ten days later and 50 miles away, Robert L. Fuller was found hanging from a tree in Palmdale under what the families of both men believe are troubling circumstances.
