Podcast Hosts Break Down The Aaron Hernandez Case With Oxygen
The Facebook Live roundtable included clips of the upcoming two-night special event "Aaron Hernandez Uncovered."
Once known as a potential all-time great, Aaron Hernandez found himself in court rooms more than football fields. The former NFL star was embroiled in multiple murder allegations and a conviction. But what was the reason Aaron Hernandez, who seemed to have it all, would want to risk giving it all away? Was it the death of his father? Was it his posthumously-diagnosed brain disease CTE? Did Aaron's sexuality play into some of the decisions he made leading up to his death?
Recently, Daryn Carp, a co-host of Oxygen's own true crime podcast Martinis & Murder sat down with other podcast hosts to try and uncover some of the questions that remain surrounding Aaron Hernandez. Hosts Phoebe Judge (Criminal), Michael Britt (The Psych Files), Dr. Andrew Jacobs (The Dr. Andrew Jacobs Sport Psychology Hour), and Phil Perry (Quick Slants Podcast), weighed in on their varying levels of expertise regarding true crime, sports psychology and all the in-between.
