The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency

I felt really bad for Traci when Janice fired her from the agency. I think Traci is a sweet girl and I know how much being a part of the JDMA meant to her. Janice has wanted Traci to be a high fashion size 0 model, similar to Crystal Truehart. I think she finally realized that Traci didn't want to lose weight and fit into Janice's vision, so I feel like Janice had to finally just give up on her.

After I heard what happened, I went over and tried to comfort Traci and reassure her that she really is a great girl who has a lot to offer! When you're accepted into the JDMA you also accept the following: If Janice sees a flaw in you as a model, you have two choices -- show Janice you're trying to fix the issue (and fix it), or find a more accepting agency.

It's crazy to think that a typical agent would spy on you with surveillance cameras, but I think with Janice, it only makes sense! This is the Janice School of Top Models, not just any agency. I was a little surprised when Janice revealed her surveillance system, but if you want to be a top model, you need to live like one, on and off the set!

I feel like Janice is following through with her dream, not abandoning her models. I couldn't relate more to her, as I recently threw my clothes in my car and left my normal life behind to follow my dreams here in Hollywood! I'm very proud of Janice for doing what she wants to do and making her dreams happen! If her plans coincide with mine, I'd love to work with her again in the future! In the meantime, I'm going to apply everything I've learned from her and continue launching my own modeling and acting career here in Southern California!
