Kevin has served as Executive Producer (along with Stuart Krasnow and Janice Dickinson) on all four seasons of the highly rated Oxygen series, "The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency". Williams is also signed to an overall production deal with Fremantlemedia, North America (American Idol, American's Got Talent) to develop original content/formats.

In recent years, Kevin served as executive producer on the NBC produced reality series' "Cold Turkey (1, 2 and reunion)" and later filled the same role on the NBC/SCI FI series "Psychic at Large" as well as consulting executive producer on the Warner Brothers show, "Survival of the Richest". Currently, Williams is co-executive producer on the new FOX show, "Hole in the Wall".
