CAPTURED UNSOLVED 105
PATRICE TAMBER-ENDRES, 38

Patrice Tamber-Endres was a 38-year-old mother, wife, and business owner. She disappeared on April 15, 2004 from her beauty salon in Cumming, GA, near Atlanta. Patrice finished her last morning appointment around 11:30 a.m. Around noon, Patrice's next client arrived at Tamber's Trim-N-Tan Salon and found it deserted. Patrice's car was in the parking lot. Her purse was still there, and her meal was left uncooked in the microwave. But there was no sign of Patrice. The customer became alarmed and called police. On December 6, 2005, Patrice's remains were found behind Lebanon Baptist Church in Dawsonville, GA, less than eight miles from where she vanished.

CASE NOTES

Patrice's car was not parked in its usual spot when investigators arrived. The car had been in its usual spot when the last customer left at 11:30am.

The last time Patrice is known to have talked to anyone was a phone call at 11:37am. When another customer called at 11:50am, they didn't get an answer. Investigators believe Patrice was kidnapped during that 13-minute period.

Two witnesses saw cars and people in the salon parking lot during the time Patrice disappeared. One saw a blue late '90's or early 2000's Ford Taurus or Chevrolet Malibu with four doors. The driver was a white man with a medium build, about 5'7", with shoulder length hair. That car and Patrice's were the only cars in the parking lot. The other witness saw a two-door blue and grey Chevrolet Lumina or Monte Carlo with a spoiler; she saw a white man or woman with a small build and long brown hair and a white woman with a large build and long brown curly hair. Investigators have never located the people the witnesses saw in the parking lot.

Patrice's salon was on busy Highway 369, a major thoroughfare between several Metro Atlanta counties. Detectives would like to talk to anyone who might have traveled the road the morning of April 15, 2004.

Patrice's wedding ring, rope bracelet, and another ring were missing from her body.
